Is your pool in compliance with the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act?  

North Carolina Rules Governing Public Swimming Pools will require compliance before permits will be issued this year.

NCDENR Environmental Health regulations require that all public pool owners provide documentation of compliance with key components of the ASME/ANSI A112.19.8-2007 standard (Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act). Public pools that fail to provide proof of compliance by May 1, 2010, will be required to close until compliance has been documented.

Our team of engineers and inspectors will inspect, evaluate and make recommendations for your pool or spa for compliance with the VGB Act. We will provide you with an engineer-sealed Certificate of Compliance and documentation of drain safety compliance for submittal to the local health department.
