Appian has designed crawl space drainage systems for protecting crawl spaces from mold for single family homes ranging in cost from $50,000 to $5 million.  As a result of years of inspections and design experience, Appian has also developed and patened a new system for preventing mold on crawl space framing we call the Moldsulation System (photo on left).  Appian also provides mold inspections and, more importantly, evaluates the structure, determines the cause, and prescribes methods of preventing the recurrence of mold.  The latest testing and inspection equipment is utilized (moisture meters, hygrometers, TV inspection, infrared thermal imaging, etc.).
