CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Appian offers a full range of project management services to support various aspects of construction. We will partner with the owner during pre-construction, construction and post-construction activities, to assist the client from conceptual planning to the finished product. Daily inspection and project documentation are just a few of the tasks provided by our employees. Our Construction Management group’s extensive multi-disciplinary experience ensures that all work is performed in conformance with contract requirements, with the best quality control and quality assurance practices and safety. Appian will work closely with the owner, the designer, and the contractor to ensure that a high quality construction product is delivered on time and within budget.

SITE / CIVIL DESIGN

Our Site/Civil design team has extensive experience in the study, analysis and design of projects for a variety of clients. Our engineers analyze an existing site and produce design plans for municipal and commercial site 

developments, using Auto CAD - Latest Version, Civil 3D Design, Carlson GIS and Vehicle Simulation Analysis software.  At Appian, we recognize the importance of a good workable set of plans for the Developers and Contractors.
