Appian develops public facilities manuals for municipalities. In addition to providing technical specifications and details for Streets & Roadways, Drainage, Water, Sewer, Traffic, etc, the manuals also incorporate a Design Section which includes design elements normally found in a Subdivision Ordinance; specifically, water, sewer, streets, drainage, traffic calming, segmental retaining walls, walkway and boardwalk and plan review . Our manuals are written in a “user-friendly” format and hyperlinked for web or digital version use. Charts, graphs, and drawings are used extensively to convey, at a glance, the specific requirements and desires of the municipality. As an aid for technical staff review, we also provide plan review and submittal checklists.

Semi-annual/Annual Updating Service: We also offer semi-annual and annual updating services. Expect to have to update the manual to keep it current and to eliminate any errors you may find during the course of its use.
